Family owned and operated Trend Motors Volkswagen has been a pillar of the community for over 40 years and has been involved with local charities and activities.Recently, we decided to celebrate the community and give back by hosting community days throughout the year.Some of the more recent events have included:Halloween Safety with the Rockaway Police Department and the Roxbury Dare Officers. We have been the exclusive sponsor to the Morristown St. Patrick’s Day parade for 10 years running. We have held charity events for all types of groups, such as The Ronald McDonald House, Market Street Mission, Toys for Tots, and Breast Cancer Awareness, to name a few. We also contribute newspapers to the Memorial Health Foundation providing newspapers for in-patients and waiting rooms.We have been proud sponsors of local sports teams, including Morris Hills High School, local little league teams, and the Morris County Rugby Association. We have planned monthly dress down days, where our associates make a monetary donation to a local charity and dress business casual as a reward. We are currently planning events for Spring 2007 and hope to include book drives as well as pet adoptions.
